The Level 5 Coaching Professional For Retail Apprenticeship is ideal for retail professionals aiming to enhance their coaching skills, including in-the-moment coaching for immediate impact.

Participants will gain valuable insights into emotional intelligence and learn to navigate the complexities of retail. By integrating coaching with retail objectives, this programme prepares leaders to create a high-performance culture through a coaching-focused approach.

Apprentices will develop core leadership skills, build trust and strengthen emotional intelligence to create high-performing teams. With modules on leadership, performance management, and business change, this programme prepares retail leaders to inspire their teams and adapt to the ever-evolving demands of the industry.

The Level 5 Coaching Professional For Retail apprenticeship costs £5,000 per learner which includes End-Point Assessment.

Funding

Apprenticeships can be funded from your Apprenticeship Levy or by Government Co-Invest. If you do not pay the Levy, the Government will fund 95% of the programme, meaning you pay as little as £250 per person you enrol. We are also able to offer privately funded places for any employees not eligible for apprenticeship funding. For further information about funding options, eligibility and costs, please contact us.

Duration: 12-14 months

The Level 5 Coaching Professional For Retail apprenticeship typically takes 12-14 months to complete, followed by a period of end-point assessment of approximately 3 months.
